As read previously, Carlo & I are currently building our modular home ‘verkas’. We designed a house surrounded by a movable greenhouse. This way we are able to adjust and extend our outdoor space, making us able to be outside whatever weather it is. 

The angular construction that you see supporting the roof is made of the so called ‘lattice girders’ which are used in the construction of greenhouses. We want to paint them white to put attention to the beautiful shapes. 

The front of the greenhouse will be covered with transparant corrugated sheets. We have chosen for a wooden construction combined with transparent material to give a fresh and light feel to the space. We got inspired by the design below:
